Data we process when you use GAMEDAY

When you set up a GAMEDAY Account, we store information you give us like your name, email address, and telephone number.

When you use GAMEDAY’s services to do things like write a message in GAMEDAY’s email accounts or comment on a GAMEDAY / YouTube video, we store the information you create.

When you search for practice, games, events, and other activities where our athletes will be involved on Google Maps or Google’s Calendar or watch a video on YouTube, for example, Google will process information about that activity – including information like the video you watched, device IDs, IP addresses, cookie data, and location. Google will have captured and stored such activities performed by you.

Google also processes the kinds of information described above when you use apps or sites that use Google services like ads, Analytics, and the YouTube video player.
Why do we, along with Google, process it (We (GAMEDAY PICKS LLC, is a business, and everything we receive, process, etc., is a business transaction and is recorded as a receipt and proof of payment for the continuous development and growth of the business.
We process this data for the purposes described in our policy, including to:

Combining data
We also combine this data with our services and across your devices (mobile or computers) for these purposes. For example, depending on your account or subscription’s settings, we show you our ads (GAMEDAY PICKS LLC) based on information about your interests, athlete, zip-code and community you represent and support which we can derive from your zip-code and school you use in Search and YouTube, and we use data from trillions of search queries to build spell-correction models that we use across all of Google’s services.
You’re in control when you register for free or when you pay the paid subscription price for your talent to train together with other talent in an effort to improve their health, performance, and work as an independent contractor.
Depending on your account settings or subscription plan, some of this data may be associated with your Google Account and your private email account. We at GAMEDAY PICKS, LLC treat this data as personal information, just like when you search and find us (GAMEDAY PICKS LLC) on Google.
Your Web & App Activity is turned on or may be turned on when you create your account, but you can change this and other settings by selecting “More options” from inside your account setup. You can always change your settings later by visiting your account, or if your account is set up with and through Google, try going to google.com.
Keep in mind when you pick or select a subscription plan, it is for you and the child you are sponsoring and supporting to be developed into the player athlete you hope for. The subscription plan cannot be reversed or canceled once it is activated and set in place. Why, because these funds are immediately reported to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and invested into the things needed to immediately start the production process. A great percentage will be vested into Group medical, dental, and vision for the participant and will also cover administration fees in the state where such participants live or reside. The percentage will be for the cost and production of the participant's jersey, etc. To personalize your experience when you’re signed in to your GAMEDAY PICKS LLC Account, the Web & App Activity setting will save your activity and associated info, including location data, like your device’s general area and IP address. Web & App Activity data will be saved for 18 months under the Google subscribers’ account. In Google, the associated location data is deleted sooner, after 30 days. If there is an issue or concern, you, as the custodian or guardian, may save data that can be used to personalize your experience, even when the setting is turned off. Learn more about location data

Web & App Activity
Web & App Activity data is used to make your experience more personalized when you’re signed in across GAMEDAY PICKS LLC and Google services like Search, Maps, or Play. For example, Google might use your past searches to show you better recommendations in Maps or return results that are relevant to a general location you’ve searched from.
In Google, we know If you turn this setting on, Google will save data about the things you do across Google services in your account’s Web & App Activity. For example, the apps you search in Play, the places you view in Maps, or the results you click in Search. It also saves your Assistant interactions, including if Google Assistant detects an activation you didn’t intend. If you should have any questions in regards to this service or setting, please reach out to Google.com directly for immediate assistance.
In Google, this setting can also save additional data about the things you do on sites, apps, and devices that use Google services. For example, when you visit a website that partners with Google that runs ads and marketing, when you open an app you’ve downloaded from Play, or when you sync your browsing history in Chrome.
Web & App Activity data can include associated info, like your language or the type of device you use. It can also include info about your location from your device’s general area and IP address, which is automatically deleted from your Web & App Activity after 30 days. You can always visit activity.google.com to view, delete, or download your Web & App Activity data. You can also choose an auto-delete option for how long you want to keep Web & App Activity data. Auto-delete is currently on and deleting data older than 18 months.
Google tells us that you can also turn this setting off. Web & App Activity data you keep may be used even when this setting is off.
To choose whether the ads you see can be based on your Web & App Activity data, go to g.co/myadcenter to turn personalized ads on or off.
Google always saves and uses data according to its Privacy Policy at g.co/privacypolicy.

YouTube History
Saves the YouTube videos you watch and the things you search for on YouTube. This helps Google give you better recommendations, remember where you left off, and more. Remember, activities older than 36 months will be automatically deleted. You can change your auto-delete option, stop saving activity, or delete it manually at account.google.com and not account.gamedaypickllc.com.
When this setting is off, YouTube features that rely on history to personalize your experience are disabled.
Remember to save your YouTube History in your Google Account, for we will be hosting live GAMEDAY PICKS LLC broadcasting on YouTube in the future.

Return and refund policy
We are an online business selling products that require us to present our product return policy and refund policy. This is important in order to comply with consumer protection regulations. Our policies will avoid claims by customers who are not satisfied with the products they purchase. As noted, many websites dealing with the sale of physical goods establish a refund policy as a separate document. We will hold ourselves just as responsible for any defective products that any of our customers may not be so pleased with. We are providing you with instructions and information on the procedures for returns and refunds.
For Example:
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: We will list such products on our website.
All products must be returned in the original state in which you purchased the product.
Jersey purchases are either numbers selected by the athlete upon registration or paying the subscriber fee to lock in their number during their duration in the training program. Once that jersey is made and produced, that jersey purchaser has all exclusive rights to the number unless the athlete wishes in an agreement to trade such number over to another athlete (swap).
Any merchandise purchased that is defective, we will stand behind to accept a return and refund the original purchase price or exchange it per your request. Our merchandise is 100% guaranteed.
